Santa’s second opinion
After nearly four years of debilitating back pain, a St. Louis Santa Claus came to Dr. Pennicooke for a second opinion. The cause was a small cyst pressing on a nerve in his spine. Dr. Pennicooke treated it endoscopically, relieving the pressure on the nerve, and Santa was back on his feet to visit children at the hospital before Christmas.
“In Santa’s case, he had a little cyst and that was pushing on a nerve. We were able to endoscopically pop the cyst, which took the pressure off the nerve in his spine.”
